Integrazione Dynamics 365 – Outlook for smartphone

Ho avuto il piacere di provare l’integrazione tra l’App Dynamics 365 per SmartPhone, in particolare la versione per iPhone, e l’App Outlook.

Ogni mail o appuntamento aperto con l’App Outlook (che per inciso reputo ottima) ha la possibilità di essere tracciata in Dynamics direttamente da Outlook stesso.

Infatti è disponibile un plugin che viene installato automaticamente quando viene pushata l’App Dynamics sullo smartphone.

Le modalità di tracking sono straightforward, la ricerca funziona benissimo, anche se non viene esplicitato come nelle versioni precedenti il nome esatto della entity da ricercare e l’output della ricerca viene raggruppato per tipologia di entity:

  • Lead
  • Account
  • Contact
  • Etc…

Una delle funzionalità più come dell’App per Smartphone è la possibilità di pushare l’App direttamente da Dynamics, così come avviene per Outlook, unico requirements: una licenza attiva per l’utente interessato.
