CRM 2013 – Business Process Flow

I business process flow in Microsoft CRM 2013 sono un potente strumento alternativo ai workflow che permette di gestire i vari step di un processo di business.

Esistono dei business process flow già presenti in CRM e che rappresentato i processi di business più utilizzati in azienda:

  • lo sviluppo commerciale: lead e opportunities
  • il service management: case

Questi tre processi possono essere comunque personalizzati consentendo una  customizzazione secondo le esigenze del proprio business:

Ogni processo è composto da una serie di step che includono le classiche entità CRM (si possono includere fino ad un massimo di 5 entità CRM, nella versione 2015 questo numero dovrebbe aumentare) , il processo deve essere concluso con uno step conclusivo.

Gli step possono essere raggruppati in stage, che fungeranno da separatori logici del processo, non solo in termini concettuali, ma anche in termini visuali in quanto ogni stage sarà raggruppato in un ben definito TAB.

Oltre ai business process flow out of the box è comunque possibile creare dei business process flow ex-novo, non solo per entità standard CRM, ma anche per entità create da noi, per rendere però possibile questa operazione è fondamentale “abilitare” le nostre entità alla gestione dei business process flow.
